About Your Privacy
The Brain Injury Association of Kansas
and Greater Kansas City is committed to maintaining the privacy of
individual donors. There are instances when disclosure is required
by law; other than these circumstances, it is the policy of this
Association to maintain the privacy of donors by:

Disclosing to donors
how their name may be used

Ensuring that the
names of donors will not be sold to outside sources

Offering the donor, at
the time of donation, the opportunity to opt out of having their
name disclosed

Ensuring that all
solicitation materials provide a means for donors to request that
their name be removed from such mailings or other form of
correspondence
-
Ensuring that these
names will be removed immediately upon request from correspondence
contribution lists
-
Annually instructing
all those included on correspondence contribution lists on how
each may request that their name and contact information not be
shared outside of the organization
-
Not gathering
information on site visitors through "cookies" or databases
